I offer intuitive, customized therapeutic massage with the goal of reducing pain, finding calm, and helping your body to function better.

 

You might be looking for relief from neck and shoulder pain from sitting at a computer for many hours, or you may be looking to recover quickly from muscle soreness during training for an event. You could be suffering from a chronic illness, or recovering from surgery.  You may need the comfort of deep relaxation to help with anxiety. I will take time to listen carefully and have a conversation with you about what you are experiencing and what you hope to achieve from your massage. One size does not fit all!
